Rules and Regulations

The site is to be used for camping only and will not be sublet.

Keoka Beach Campground assumes no responsibility for injury or illness to all family members and their guests, lost, stolen or damaged property, and for any equipment or camper left on the site during the off season.

Only one (1) principal RV per site.

Outside lighting and extra refrigeration will be a separate charge if on the campground power. All party lights will be off at 12:01am.

Use of site by others shall require prior approval by owners in writing by the lessee. All guests must be paid in full to campground.

Cars not accommodated on site must be parked in parking areas not on empty sites.

Person(s) renting sites are responsible for registering all guests upon arrival.

Mother, Father and unmarried children living at home are considered family, all others are considered guests. Seasonal family guest passes are available at extra charge.

Waterfront and boating rules will be posted and monitored.

Gray water must be disposed of properly and will not be allowed to drain on or in the ground.

The camping unit shall remain mobile at all times.

No air conditioners or electric heat allowed on campground power.

Children under 18 are not permitted to stay on site overnight without parent or guardian present. All children below the age of 18 must return to their site by 11pm or be accompanied by a parent or guardian at least 21 years of age.

No motorcycles, motorbikes, or similar motorized vehicles shall be used on camp property with the exception of going in and out of the campground and campground maintenance vehicles.

All construction of decks and/or screen houses, shed, or bunkhouses, must be approved of in advance prior to start of construction. All seasonal campers should understand that they may be asked to remove any structures at any time.

Trash must be left at the roadside by 2pm.

All phone calls will be taken and posted on a message board during store hours except for emergency calls which will be delivered as soon as possible after they are received.

Bicycles – All bicycles are to be returned to site before dark or 8pm.
No bicycles are allowed on the beach.

According to State of Maine Law there are to be no alcoholic beverages consumed by anyone under the age of 21 years old.

In order to maintain campground aesthetics, we request that blue poly tarps not be used.
